Our family has been present in Saillans since the 18th century.
After the phylloxera crisis (the French Wine Blight) in the 19th. Century, the grafting of vines allowed a replanting of the vineyard and the return of our family to the cradle of Clairette de Die.
Several generations of winemakers have then cultivated this wine domain.
 
Our house, before the time of compulsory schooling, was a boarding school for young English ladies. Many girls from Saillans profited from this facility and it remained long marked in their memories.
This favored our openness to the world, particularly through marriages with English, Danish, and Swiss partners.
